An hour has passed since the new year started.xD Sorry for the lateness. I was playing World of Tanks on my PS4 (if anyone plays it, let’s platoon together!).

You mean you installed the DLC? If so, don't worry if nothing shows up. It's not supposed to. It's already in the game. It adds some quests and a few other things like weapons, as well as a new island you can visit by talking to someone in the cities more north. Haven't played Skyrim in a while, but I'm pretty sure that's how it goes.
